Kees-Jan Brinkman

Kees-Jan, born in Amsterdam and raised in Hellevoetsluis, moved to Amsterdam in 1998 after completing his studies at the Graphic Lyceum in Rotterdam to try his luck there. He started at Peter Bruin Real Estate as a third assistant coffee maker and over the years, he learned the real estate trade in both rental and sales. In 2007, Kees-Jan co-founded Aemestelle Makelaars with his partners. In 2011, he was sworn in by the NVM as a Registered Real Estate Agent and Appraiser.

Nowadays, Kees-Jan is involved in buying, selling, renting, leasing, and appraising properties. Additionally, he enjoys working on the office’s appearance. Craftsmanship and accessibility are highly valued by him.

Thanks to satisfied clients from the past, he has built up a large network. His genuine personal attention, enthusiasm, and determination – with the occasional joke – make him a unique real estate agent. With him as your agent, there is “never a dull moment.”

Kees-Jan is married, has two children, loves skydiving, and when time permits, enjoys motorcycling, boating, and kickboxing.
